This granola is so delicious, you'll be making it every week.

1.
Add a little coconut oil to a pan with oats and cook on stovetop until lightly golden brown. Remove and set aside in a large bowl.

Combine all other ingredients into a bowl (except berries and raisins).
3.
Use the remainder of the coconut oil and add combined nuts and seeds on a pan. Add honey and cook until lightly toasted.
4.
Add oats back into the pan, then add goji berries and sultanas and cook until you start to hear pepitas popping.
5.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool before adding to a sealed container.
