This is a high protein, veggies rich snack for when you just need that little something.

Cut the carrot and cucumber into halves, then half again to make little sticks.

Add a tablespoon of hummus (use our recipe or store bought) to a container with the carrots and cucumber.
3.
Add a slice of cheese, and olives to the container.
Enjoy this snack at work, when your brain is going dull and you find yourself re-reading emails - you may need a little brain boost of protein and healthy fats! This also covers a half serve of veggies for the day with carrots, cucumber and a little chickpeas thanks to hummus. We love store bought hummus that uses extra virgin olive oil in their recipe - or you can use our hummus, or beetroot hummus recipe.
