This wrap uses our falafel recipe, once they are made, this recipe takes no more than 5 minutes to make. You can also pre-make our hummus or beetroot hummus. Add any veggies you enjoy.

Warm your wrap for 20 seconds in the microwave or on a flat pan on each side.

Spread hummus all over the wrap, then add falafels.

Slice your avocado, tomato and cucumber into round slices. Add them in between the falafel in the wrap.
4.
Add the coss lettuce on top or to the side, a good crack of salt and pepper and fold the wrap. Enjoy fresh or toasted!
Falafel and hummus are a great source of plant based protein. The addition of vegetables in the wrap offer more fibre, antioxidants and micronutrients. Make this GF by using a gluten free wrap instead of a wholegrain wheat wrap.
