Add Weetbix to a bowl. Cut up strawberries and add them to the Weetbix. Add chia seeds, hemp seeds and any other nuts or seeds that you enjoy. Top with milk and enjoy a wholesome breakfast with a few extra antioxidants!
Chia and hemp seeds both provide anti-oxidants which in turn are anti-inflammatory. Use any milk you enjoy for this recipe.
