Mix chia seeds, hemp seeds and milk together and leave overnight or for 2+ hours in the fridge. Stir after 1 hour if possible.

When it's ready, take the chia pudding out of the fridge. Heat frozen berries in the microwave, then pour over the chia pudding.
Frozen berries have similar antioxidants as fresh berries and are a great, affordable alternative to fresh berries. For extra protein, add some greek yoghurt.
