In a bowl, add the greek yogurt and granola.

Slice your fruit and add to the bowl.

Finish with berries, tahini and a little cinnamon dusting.
1. Keep the skin on your kiwi fruit for a fibre boost. 2. Choose a granola that has a mix of different nuts, seeds and grains like oats, puffed rice or puffed quinoa, for a good range of healthy fats and whole grains. If you feel the ingredient amount is not right, add fruit as needed per your hunger. You might feel like more berries then pineapple or vice versa.
