Slice kiwifruit, strawberries and banana.

Add Greek yoghurt to a bowl, then add granola on top.

Add sliced fruit and top with a dollop of almond butter.
Add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds for added omega 3 fatty acids and protein. Swap kiwi and strawberries for in season fruits and enjoy a granola bowl all year round. Kiwi fruit is exceptionally high in Vitamin C, which is vital for the immune system and collagen production. It is also recommended to have 2 x kiwi per day when constipated, as the fibre in kiwi is a great stool softener. Banana is well-known for providing potassium, an electrolyte important for heart function and regulating blood pressure. Strawberries also add an antioxidant boost and extra Vitamin C. Use a low sugar granola option: aim for under 10g of sugar per serve when buying supermarket granola.
